These Terms of Use govern your use of Letterwright, an app provided by KilkaLabs. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Letterwright for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Purchases

Letterwright may offer a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited Classic games. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Use the app’s Restore Purchases option if you need to restore a previous purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lease, or attempt to interfere with Letterwright or its services except where applicable law permits it.

Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the app at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer and liability

Letterwright is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, KilkaLabs disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may revise these terms. Continued use of the app after updated terms are posted means you accept them.
